CHSS Staff Excellence Awards
The CHSS Staff Excellence Awards have been established to honor and celebrate staff for their exceptional and unique contributions critical to the mission of our college. The Staff Excellence Awards Committee consists of the CHSS Associate Dean, department chairs and a staff representative, who were tasked with carrying out the development of this program.
Overview of the Awards
CHSS Staff Excellence Awards are not department-specific. Any CHSS staff member, faculty member, department chair, or director can nominate a CHSS staff member for this award. Self-nominations are also accepted. If you would like to nominate a staff member for both awards, please submit them separately.
These awards will include $500 and a certificate signed by the Dean and Associate Dean of the College of Health & Social Sciences. The recipients' names and year of award will appear on a plaque displayed near HSS 238, and they will receive their award at the CHSS Fall Opening. Awardees are required to be present at the event in order to receive the award.
Nomination deadline is Friday, April 18.
