The Spring/Summer 2018 issue of SF State Magazine looks back on the founding of the University’s pioneering sexuality studies program with a cover story paying tribute to late Professor of Psychology John DeCecco, who began teaching the popular (and controversial) course “Variations on Human Sexuality” in the 1970s.

The story, written by Lydia Lum, quotes College of Health & Social Sciences Associate Dean John Elia, Department of Sociology & Sexuality Studies Chair Andreana Clay and Professor of Sexuality Studies Colleen Hoff.
